Terms & Conditions
Last updated 20 August 2026
These terms govern your use of HopVisor. By using the service you are entering into an agreement with Ali el Aiat. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who you are contracting with
HopVisor is operated by Ali el Aiat, trading as HopVisor, of Wilaya Tetouan 93000, Morocco (“we”, “us”). When you use the service you are contracting with us, and these terms form that agreement.
Payments are a separate matter. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record for every purchase, so your order and your payment are with Paddle rather than with us. See section 6.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By installing the extension, creating an account, or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
3. What the service does
HopVisor is a Chrome extension and accompanying website that reads publicly visible Whop Content Rewards campaign listings and surfaces approval rates and campaign requirements directly on the listing, then filters campaigns by criteria such as budget, payout and views remaining.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Whop. We do not control the listings the service reads, and we do not guarantee that any campaign, approval rate, or requirement shown is accurate, current, or that you will be accepted into any campaign.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any regulation that applies to you;
- use the service to commit fraud, to send spam, or to engage in deceptive or misleading activity;
- infringe our intellectual property or that of anyone else, including by copying, reselling, or redistributing the service or its output;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our infrastructure, circumventing access controls, or scraping the service at a scale or in a manner we have not authorised;
- resell, sublicense, or share your account or your access with anyone else.
5. Our intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service and everything in it — the extension, the website, the underlying software, the documentation, and the HopVisor name and branding. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while it is active. It transfers nothing else.
6. Payment, subscriptions and cancellation
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles the checkout, takes payment, charges any applicable tax, and issues your receipt. Paddle’s buyer terms govern the commercial side of your purchase, including billing frequency, renewal, payment terms and taxes, and they apply in addition to these terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.
A free tier is available and includes 5 filter runs per month. We may change our prices, but a change never affects a billing period you have already paid for.
7. Availability and service level
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
Because the service depends on a third-party website whose structure we do not control, features may break without notice. We fix them as quickly as we reasonably can, but we do not commit to a specific uptime figure or repair time.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you materially breach these terms;
- your payment fails or your account falls into arrears;
- we reasonably believe your use presents a security or fraud risk; or
- you repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable use rules in section 4.
Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost earnings, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service — including any decision you make about which campaigns to pursue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms, or about the service, go to hopvisor@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a few business days.
