Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel a HopVisor subscription, what happens when you do, and when we will refund you.
1. Try it before you pay
Every account starts on the free tier, which includes 5 filter runs per month and full access to approval rates and campaign requirements. We recommend using it before you subscribe, so you know the product works for you.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page. No email, no form, no retention call.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep Premium access until then, and you are not charged again. When the period ends, your account returns to the free tier — it is not deleted, and your account and history remain.
3. Refunds
If the product does not do what we said it does, we will refund you. Contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full.
After 14 days we consider refunds case by case. We will normally refund:
- a renewal you did not intend and have not used since it was charged;
- a duplicate or accidental charge;
- a period during which a fault on our side stopped the service working and we could not fix it.
We will normally decline a refund where:
- the subscription period has been substantially used;
- the request follows a breach of our terms, such as account sharing or abuse;
- a third-party site changed in a way that affects the product, and we have released or are actively working on a fix.
None of this limits any statutory right to cancel or to a refund that you have under the law of your country. Those rights come first.
4. How to request a refund
Email hopvisor@gmail.com from the address on your account, and tell us which charge you mean. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for the sale and processes the refund on our instruction. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once approved, the money usually reaches you within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
You can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the link on the receipt Paddle emailed you when you were charged.
